products are licensed royalty free for all uses including broadcast,
advertising, feature film, corporate, multimedia and Internet,
animation, commercials, features, Virtual Reality Modeling Language
(VRML), simulation, Internet, and multimedia projects.
The files are delivered in one of the
following formats:
- DVCAM Videotape
- Betacam SP videotape
- MiniDV Videotape
(Please see individual packages for format and
delivery options.)
2. The use of the video clips may be used in
any way in an unlimited number of times so long as the video
clips alone are not offered as stock footage collection or
any type of video or media collection.
3. The video clips cannot be resold as single,
stock or news video without permission and without payment
of licensing and royalty fees.
4. Any recognizable trademarks that may be depicted
in the video clips displayed on this website have no connection
with eyeconvideo.com. Eyeconvideo.com does not claim any endorsement,
ownership, or relationship of any such trademark.
