| After working several years
in various aspects of the video production business, Greg
Coon launched Eyecon Video Productions in the Spring
of 1991 in Dallas, Texas. A large contract gave him the
resources to begin putting together a true full-service
video production company. |

| One of the largest projects
Eyecon Video has produced is a quarterly video newsmagazine
for Caltex Corporation of Irving, Texas. He produced
this video newsmagazine for the 16,000 Caltex employees
and shareholders worldwide. In
addition to the Caltex Video Magazine project, Eyecon
Video provided Caltex with all of its corporate video

| In the Spring of 1995,
Eyecon Video purchased the Media 100,
a digital on-line, non-linear video editing system. The
Media 100 produces broadcast quality video images with
the ability to edit digitally, allowing edit changes to
be made anywhere in the program at any time without affecting
the rest of the program. In November 2000, an additional
editing computer was purchased to assist with graphics
and compression. In 2004, Eyecon purchased a new high-end
Final Cut Pro edit system plus a laptop editor
to manage the increased demands of their clients.
Greg also purchased a complete package
of EFP (Electronic Field Production) gear in 1995 including
a Sony Betacam SP broadcast camera, lights, microphones
and support gear. In 2000, a second Sony DVCAM / Betacam
SP digital camera was purchased. In 2003, Eyecon Video
purchased a third Sony DVCAM/ Betacam SP digital camera
to fulfill the needs of his clients. In 2004, to manage
the production of a large contract, Eyecon Video purchased
a fourth digital camera package.
In 2005, Eyecon Video Productions achieved the pinnacle of video production quality by purchasing Panasonic's Varicam High Definition camera and edit system. (Why HD?). Equipment

| The Dallas/Fort Worth CBS affiliate, CBS-11, uses Eyecon Video Productions for many of it's special projects, commercial production, campaigns and PSAs. Pictures,

uses Eyecon Video Productions for many their productions
as well.
KDAF, the WB affiliate in DFW used Greg for shooting local news when their staff photographers are on vacation. |

| Greg is currently in
production of two pilot episodes for their own television
show call Travel with Kids. Greg is the cameraman,
Julie, his wife, is the host, and their daughter Sydney
and son Brenden are, of course, the stars. In
2004, HQ Global Workplaces hired Eyecon Video
to produce a high-end training video for use in their

In 2002, Allergan hired Eyecon Video Productions
to videotape and edit a Senior Executive give a series
of monthly messages that will be seen by their employees
on the web via streaming video.
In 2001, Mervyns' California used
Eyecon Video to shoot a VNR (Video News Release) about
their nationwide program to give basic business clothes
to men and women who are looking to get off welfare
and into the workplace.
In 2003 and 2004, Allstate Insurance
Company hired Eyecon to shoot and edit a series
of videos.
In late 2001, The Amon Carter Museum
in Ft. Worth, Texas used Eyecon Video to put together
a video package to demonstrate their latest expansion.
In 2004 and 2005, Eyecon Video Productions started the production of a number of corporate training videos in English and Spanish for Mission Foods. See

In 2001, 2002 and 2003, Eyecon Video shot
commercials for Comcast promoting their services
with spokesperson Dallas Stars goalie, Marty

In 2003, AIG
hired Eyecon Video to coordinate the live satellite feed
and broadcast of a ribbon cutting ceremony to their worldwide
offices.
In 2004, Dermalase used Eyecon to produce a patient
education video about their array of services. See

Also in 2003, Smucker's
sought the expertise of Eyecon Video Productions to
document community involvement and record interviews
for their Stars On Ice sponsorship.
In 1999, The Microsoft Corporation
hired Eyecon Video Productions to assist in creating
a video training program for use with their Microsoft
Office 2000 products.
In 2004, Suzuki Automotive hired
Eyecon Video Productions to produce a 30 minute high-end
infomercial promoting the quality of their automotive

A few of Eyecon Video's recent projects
include producing an orientation video for new employees
at Gardiner Communications and marketing
videos for Mesquite Dermatology. Eyecon
Video produced an award-winning
video for QuickCARE, a medical software
manufacturer. The Smirnoff Arena has
also acquired their expertise to shoot video for them.
Dallas-based AmeriPlan USA has hired
Eyecon Video to produce their marketing and training
videos. Then in early 1998, Greg and his wife, Julie,
joined AmeriPlan on Carnival's cruise
ship, The Ecstasy to videotape their top sales people
drinking fru fru drinks on the high seas. Pictures

a corporate event in the Dallas area.

| In 1999, Southwestern Bell Telephone called on Eyecon Video to produce a skit with their Senior Executives on video that will be shown at their meetings and conventions. |

| In 2003, The Walt
Disney Company called on Eyecon Video to shoot a portion
of a video in Dallas that was used as part of a larger
project. In 1998, 1999 and 2000,
General Electric hired Eyecon Video
to produce Safety Videos to be viewed throughout GE's
Inspection and Repair Service Centers. Clip

In 1999, Greg was hired by the
Tandy Corporation (Radio Shack) to videotape
interviews with teachers and students for their Tandy
Scholar video to be shown at the Tarrant County Convention
Center.
Also in 1999, Eyecon Video was hired by
AirTouch, now Verizon, to videotape, edit and
duplicate the new CEO's message to company employees
worldwide. Then in 2000, Verizon hired Eyecon
Video to produce a video to help their managers deal
with special employee situations.
Late in 1999 and 2000, TGI Friday's
Restaurants, hired Eyecon Video Productions to document
their annual World Bartender's Competition. It was a
5 camera shoot, edited to two 15 minute videos highlighting
the event. Copies of the award-winning

| In 1999 and 2000, Eyecon
Video Productions was hired by DFW Airport
to produce a video to persuade a regional airline from
New York to add DFW to it's list of destinations.
In 2004, JD Power and Associates
hired Eyecon to videotape executives as part of an internal
communications project.
In late 2001, Greg flew to Hollywood,
California to videotape TV legends Mike Connors
and Lorette Swit for a national PSA for an international
charity. Greg also provided this charity
a Crisis Communications Workshop, a day long
training session for its leaders on how to work with

Also in 2001, Eyecon Video was hired to
produce a high-end, high-tech award-winning
marketing video for C I Host, a global Internet
Service Provider based in North Texas. Clip

In 2002, American Tornado Master
used Eyecon's services to produce a marketing video
for their tornado shelter system. See

In 2000, Nordstrom hired Eyecon
Video to videotape a talent competition in their Dallas
Galleria store.
In 2002 and 2003, the advertising and
marketing firm, Dawson Duncan teamed with Eyecon
Video Productions to produce a series of award-winning
video and television commercials for an American

| In 1999, Eyecon Video
was hired to co-produce an award-winning
video that was shown to hundreds of the most influential
people in the industry at the Radio & Records Annual
Convention in Los Angeles. Clip from
video. For the past two years, US Youth Soccer
Association hired Eyecon Video Productions to shoot
in four tournament locations around the country, then
editing a fun, 20-minute video to be seen at the final
awards ceremony.
Back in October of 1995, Caracol,
a company specializing in the promotion of creating
natural dyes, hired Eyecon Video Productions to travel
to Lima, Peru. Eyecon videotaped the
process of how to use natural products to make the dyes
used to color clothes and fabrics. The video was edited
and then distributed throughout the world. |

In the Spring of 1996,
Eyecon Video was hired by American Airlines/American
Eagle to produce an award-winning
video to increase American Eagle's market share in their
cargo delivery division. The Eyecon crew traveled to Miami,
Florida and Lafayette, Louisiana to supplement their footage
shot at DFW Airport.

| Each year in November
from 1995 through 2002, Greg and his wife Julie, traveled
to Walt Disney World to document that "dreams do
come true" for chronically ill children. Nationally
syndicated Kidd Kraddick of the Kidd Kraddick
in the Morning Show based out of Dallas requests donations
from listeners and organizes the trip to allow the children
and their families who would never be able to afford to
do so, take the trip of a lifetime. Pictures

an Electronic Data Systems (EDS) gathering.

Leather Center used Eyecon's expertise to produce
a series of TV commercials for many of its national markets.
Since 2002, Wing
Stop Restaurants have hired Eyecon Video Productions
to produce a series of award-winning

| In early 1996, Greg got into
the video duplicating business and purchased 50 VHS VCRs
and distribution amplifiers. Eyecon can now duplicate
multiple videotapes from either VHS, SVHS, Mini DV, DVCAM
or Betacam SP. In 2003, Eyecon Purchased a CD/DVD duplicator/printer

In 2004, Carreker hired Eyecon Video Production to produce an in-house training video.
Eyecon provided on-site production services for Comerica for a corporate shoot in the Dallas area.
At the same time, Endocare used Eyecon Video to shoot and edit a video promoting prostate cancer research.
Sanden International hired Eyecon to document an international training program.
Six Flag over Texas hired Eyecon Video Production to shoot a segment for their television commercials promoting their new summer lineup.
The Clayton Dabney Foundation hired Eyecon Video to write, shoot and edit an emotional video used to raise money for the foundation. See the video.
Eyecon Video Productions used its new Varicam High Definition and traveled to Oregon, Dallas, Tokyo and London for McAfee to shoot a high end video describing their different levels of customer help. See the video.
Carrington Laboratories, a company that uses the Aloe plant to manufacture health related products, sent Eyecon Video Productions to Costa Rica to shoot video to compliment video shot in Dallas. The 10-minute video gives an overview of the company and its capabilities.
Hitachi hired Eyecon Video Productions to produce a training video on how to use a Smart Card they developed. This video will be shown to end users across the country. |
