& advertising in the world. Competition for creative excellence
in these fields is always intense. With the advent of new
technologies, some of the finest images and sounds ever to
grace our eyes and ears are currently being produced. The
time has come to honor these achievements with the Third Annual
2001 AXIEM AWARDST competition, recognizing Absolute eXcellence
In Electronic MediaT.
The AXIEM AWARDST is a national awards program created to
honor those who produce the very best in all forms of electronic
media. This is the only award representing the entire electronic
media industry. The AXIEM AWARDT sets the standard of creative
communication and production excellence in electronic media
by establishing a "level playing field" for all
entries. Each entry will be judged solely on its own merits
against an absolute standard of excellence established for
each Medium, Market, and Category. Entries will not compete
against one another.
There are two levels of AXIEM AWARDT recognition.
Winners receive the COPPER AXIEMT, designed to exemplify the
beauty of the element most responsible for electronic media.
Finalists receive the SILVER AXIEMT, another key element in
the progression of the electronic medium.
